Fairmont Plaza Ofiice Tower, San Jose
Employees and passersby of the Fairmont Plaza Office Tower in downtown San Jose were invited to join in the process of making sourdough bread.
The process began at 9:00 a.m. and continued throughout the day. Around 5:00 p.m. when the bread was done, the hot loaves were sliced and given away to all.
